Since we opened our doors in December 2017 we are thrilled with the support we have received.  We hoped bringing alternative healing to our community would be welcomed and we can’t fully articulate how grateful we are with the response. We love all of our clients and want to bring the experience of floating to as many people as possible. We are learning many things in this journey but one thing that is clear is that clients who float more regularly experience the most benefits from their floats. You can float once, and love it, but not fully understand all the benefits from that single float. We want to bring this opportunity of consistent floating to everyone.

How, you ask? By making floating a practice just like you would with yoga or going to the gym. You may have an amazing experience during that first yoga class or gym session but the real benefits and results happen when you make it a habit. The same is true for floating; your first float may be a great experience but if you leave it there you are most likely missing out on many benefits such as reduced anxiety, improved sleep and improved athletic performance to name a few.
